Passionate about yoga, Mayuri Shewale & Rahul Badoni founded Swaastik Yog School making it a mission to spread the ancient practice in its purest and traditional form. Over the years, students and seekers have flocked to the school at Rishikesh and Goa to begin their yoga journey, sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of the life-transforming philosophy. Soon, our centres in Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh and Nepal will be welcoming students from across the world. The experienced teachers at the school ensure students learn yoga in a systematic way and imbibe the yogic lifestyle gradually. Apart from various programmes for beginner and advanced practitioners, the school offers short-duration retreats to help guests de-stress and detox.

Keeping with the need for time, the school also provides online yoga courses. Additionally, the school has designed special modules on new-age yoga techniques including aerial yoga, and pre-natal and post-natal yoga for pregnant and new mothers respectively.

Great place to learn Authentic Yoga. A knowledgeable and experienced teacher, along with a serene ambiance, can greatly enhance the yoga experience. Learning yoga by the Ganges River in a peaceful and well-maintained environment must be an incredible experience. easily. Mayuri is a best yoga teacher I must say. She keeps an eye on everyone's movement. She has amazing knowledge. Sattvik food is known for its purity and is often associated with yoga and Ayurveda. It typically includes fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and dairy products prepared in a simple and balanced way, avoiding onions, garlic, and overly spicy or processed foods. This school maintains all these so perfectly. Highly recommend ❤️

I’ve been learning Yoga from Mayuri ma’am and Rahul sir for a year now and joining their class has been the one of the best decisions. I’ve seen a significant growth in my strength and flexibility. I had no experience with yoga coming in, but their method of teaching and constant encouragement has helped me push myself beyond limits. Attention to detail, especially when learning yoga online, is very crucial, and both Mayuri ma’am and Rahul sir have proven to be great examples of that.
