Our 100-hour YTT program offers a holistic and in-depth exploration of yoga, encompassing various styles, techniques, and philosophies.

This 100-Hour Yoga TTC is a 14-day beginner-friendly course that introduces you to the fundamentals of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, meditation, alignment, and yoga philosophy. It is the first half of our 200-Hour Yoga TTC, and can be upgraded anytime.

This certificate is recognized internationally and can be credited toward your 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training in the future, allowing you to continue your journey toward becoming a professional yoga instructor.

During your training, you’ll stay in our comfortable guesthouse nestled in the green hills of Dharamkot. Rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with basic amenities like hot water, Wi-Fi, and mountain views.

We provide three freshly prepared sattvic vegetarian meals daily, designed to support your energy levels and align with a yogic diet. Herbal teas and filtered water are also available throughout the day. Our goal is to help you feel nourished, rested, and focused on your practice.
