Our online 200 Hour YTTC is an in-depth yoga study program and a gateway for you into the world of yoga. This comprehensive course guides anyone; from pure beginners to regular yoga practitioners start or deepen their practice, become aware of various aspects of yoga, get a theoretical and an academic approach to yoga studies, and thru all of this become a skilled and professional yoga trainer. Yoga and other traditional Indian arts and sciences has always been passed on orally in an intimate Guru- Shishya Parampara (Teacher- student method).

Finding a teacher and spending quality time being with the teacher physically was a big part of learning in ancient India. However, in this changing world and updated technology one need not necessarily need to step out to find their callings. The boon of technology has brought all of us closer and connected. At Swaastik Yog School, we have meticulously designed to bring the treasure and knowledge of Yoga personally to you. Our online 200 Hour YTT is for you to pursue your Yog journey at the comfort of your own four walls.

The course curriculum encompasses all the fundamental subjects such as pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. Swaastik Yoga school focuses on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles for asana practices.

  • 1. Hatha yoga sun salutation (surya namaskar) dynamic 12 postures with proper breathing techniques of inhale, exhale and holding of breath.
  • 2. 25 hatha yoga postures with proper alignment and holdings particularly designed as per level of course which includes sitting postures, standing, inversion, twisting, bending and preparation for advance postures.
  • 3. Asthanga vinyasa sun salutation A and B.
  • 4. Asthanga standing primary series.
  • 5. Alignment and adjustment of every posture.
  • 6. Counter pose, shavasana and precautions.
Meditation

  • 5. Panch tatva.
