500 Hour YTT is the course that combines 200-Hour and 300-Hour teacher training and will complete the training hours required and prescribed to register yourself as an Advanced Teacher by the Yoga Alliance (US).

While a 200 Hour YTT is an introduction to various subjects taught at Swaastik Yog School, our 300-hour YTT is a complete guide and cyclopedia of Yoga studies. In the online 500-hour YTT course you will be going through both of these courses (200 and 300 hour YTT) together. Although it takes time and consistent practice to get the body to some the advanced asanas right in short span of time, the education and exposure required to efficiently go into an asana and out is taught meticulously at Swastik Yog School.
Every subject such as Pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and Meditation will be dealt with more nuances and depth. We, at Swaastik Yog School focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles for asana practices. A specially designed subject of Iyengar Yoga based on hatha practice is included for the online 500 Hour YTT.
