The 100 Hour YTT initiates you into the spiritual discipline that ensures wholesome living. Our 100 Hour course for Yoga beginners introduces the basics of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles of asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), dhyana (meditation) and relaxation techniques with focus on nitty-gritties of each of these skills so as to prepare those joining intermediate and advanced courses later on. Our experienced and internationally certified Yoga trainers are committed to impart the complex and ancient knowledge of Yoga in the most practical and easy way so that the aspiring Yoga teachers could pass on the same to their future students. Apart from imparting the basics, the course also helps you develop the Yogic routine and stick to a satvik way of life.

The curriculum in 100 hours TTC will cover the fundamental elements of yoga based on essential subjects consisting of pranayama, specially designed hatha yoga Asana practices by swaastikyogschool, relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and meditation. Students will go through 6 days of training with 1 rest day per week. On this rest day, our school organizes a half-day excursion for students that may involve visits to places in Goa or beach yoga. The rest day usually falls on a Sunday but may be shifted to a weekday to avoid tourists and traffic during the high season in goa. Accommodations, meals and excursions during the training are included in the course fee as mentioned in more detail below. Upon completion of the course, the students will receive 100hours TTC certificate by U.S yoga Alliance. But If you are looking to obtain certificate that make you Eligible To register in yoga Alliance as a teacher, yoga alliance requires minimum 200 hours TTC please see our complete TTC program.

Terms And Conditions And Privacy Policy

  • ATTENDANCE IN ALL CLASSES is obligatory. only in case of an emergency or illness, one can take leave with a respected teacher’s permission. Absentees in class without permission won’t be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on student’s monthly performance.
  • Conditions : To practice yoga, especially teaching yoga required self-discipline in all classes. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Students who won’t follow school rules may be dismissed from the course.
  • Rules for Students : smoking, and drinking are strictly prohibited on the school premises. Always be on time in class, late coming students will not be permitted to join sessions. Do not waste food. Outside friends or relatives will not be included in your accommodation, but they can stay by renting the room.
  • Refund Policy : The course fees & Booking amount will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules. If a student cancel the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded for cancellation.
